Oakland on Monroe is a really great place to live. I lived here for 3 years and they were certainly the best landlords that I have had in Madison. They responded to maintenance requests very quickly and kept the overall building clean. Its an extremely well built building and very quiet. Overall, I would live here again if I ever came back to Madison.
Nicest and Most helpful management company I have ever had the pleasure of renting from. Recommend highly.

We really enjoy being a part of this vibrant neighborhood. It is great to be able to walk or bike everywhere restaurants, grocery, coffee shops, library, pharmacy, campus and downtown. The bike path is right out the door excellent for walking, running and biking. The fitness facility at Oakland on Monroe is well equipped and the large community room with outdoor patio and grill is perfect for gatherings. Our apartment is sunny and well designed with a balcony, stainless appliances and in unit washer/dryer. The complementary coffee bar is a big plus.
