Overall, the apartment is not worth the price. The pipes under my kitchen sink literally fell off in my first week here because they were rotten. The first maintenance worker came in and to check my pipes because I called to say I was having trouble and the pipe was so rotten that it fell off when he inspected it. He told me that he did not know how to fix it and would have to wait until the right person came back from another property. It took three visits, but the problem was finally rectified. Another time, I came home on a quick break and found a pool of water covering my floor in the bathroom and something foul had been backed up into my tub. My shower curtains and rugs were ruined. I was informed that because there were problems with another apartment's pipes, it had backed up into mine. The kitchen sink was often backed up as well. Yes they did come to fix things when I called, but there were too many problems for such a short time frame and the fixes often took multiple visits from maintenance. You can make it work, but if I had known better I would have shelled out $200 more a month and taken the other apartment I found with the additional commute time.
