The food was always constantly overcooked and the waiters or waitresses don't even ask you about your sides. One waitress was very nasty and rude. She literally threw the plates on our table without even apologizing! I have NEVER encountered such bad service in my entire life! Another time, the waiter not only messed up with our orders, but also brought the drinks with a broken glass! My friend cut his finger and lip because of that! The waiter didn't apologize and when we asked to talk with the manager, he refused! We are going to sue that place!

I hate writing reviews regarding services and hygienic conditions of restaurants. But, somethings in this restaurant caught our attentions (my wife and myself). The smell was really a mood killer; there was nothing attractive about it. (Do something about the smell, that was not food smell). The food in this restaurant (I understand it's not a five star food restaurant) but must it be this horrible!!! My wife ordered fried shrimp, fries and grilled vegetables: the shrimp was stale: it tasted not great which was the worst dish of all, all fries in both dishes (hers and mine) were dry and cold room temperature not fried recently but kind of they were ready to be disposed before the waitress brought them to us. NEVER SERVE COLD FOOD TO CUSTOMERS: IS NOT NICE!!! My dish consisted of two fried chicken breasts, fries and green salad. The salad was the only food that made me happy. I already expressed my openion about the fries but the chicken was the worst fried chicken I have had in my life. It was greasy, oil filled my plate: it was like a spunge filled with water. No one would like to walk inside of a restaurant then sit on a chair where there would be cracked peanut shells around and under my feet. Why there was peanut shells under my table? Thank you!!! You have provided snacks that people would eat while they wait for their food also provide a container in which people dispose the shells of the peanuts. (Completely unattractive food service that is served in this place). I don't recommend visiting the place. If you value excellent served food (I know I do) well, that restaurant is not the one for you.

I had some great meals here, but I will not be returning. I heard some manager at the hostess station using vulgar language (genitalia talk) and berating a server for something obviously personal. Such disrespect of employees becomes terrible service for customers. If the upper management can't even respect their employees, how can we trust them with our food or comfort? I won't give money to a company that treats people like that.
