Recently, my light outside of my apartment went out. Today, I saw Ruddy and he came back to my building and replaced all the lights that were out. I think about ten. I really appreciate him and the entire staff. Santos and Josie have also been outstanding. I give them five stars for their service and professionalism. They are the best.

Ive been here for about 4 months and its been very pleasant. Parking can sometimes be aninconvenience and the new gas station and construction can be a pain but it isnt the fault of the property. The grounds are well maintained! The staff is nice! We especially appreciate Chelsea and Nichole, theyre awesome and very kind! . Nichole showed us the property and has always been pleasant and informative. Chelsea is great at solving any issues. There was a problem with noise from our downstairs neighbors and she resolved that for us right away. Even the property manager Mike has been available to us (which can be rare in other cases / communities). One thing I dont like is some residents can hog the space for grills by the leasing office, and when youre there they act as if you shouldnt be. These are shared community areas. The gym is very nice and the pool is awesome as well! But other than that my family and I enjoy living here! Just get the parking together!

We loved our stay here and are sad to leave. The management and front office are so very helpful and accommodating. They will go above and beyond. Not to mention the apartments are very open and comfortable to live in. The property is well kept, clean, and very quiet. I only wish our apartment wasn't on the 2nd floor. The stairs make it difficult to take groceries and materials up. I would have loved to stay if we weren't outgrowing it! Special thank you to Michael for being extra accommodating through our stay and during our move out. I would highly recommend this place!

I am so glad that I came to look at Avalon Laurel a little over a month ago. I LOVE this community. The Staff walked me thru the entire process and after I moved in, they still ensured that everything was okay. The staff is Amazing. Nicole, Jean Max & Chelsea are always pleasant and ensuring that everything is okay. If you're looking for an pleasant community - Avalon Laurel is it! From the Staff to the Neighbors - everything is perfect. ***** 5 Stars. Keep up the amazing work Avalon Laurel.

The community is very well maintained. Always clean and organized. The facilities are fantastic. New modern gym equipment, very nice community areas that are well maintained by the staff, The pool is luxurious quiet and very relaxing. The staff is superb! 5 star staff. Always helpful, always courteous, Every maintenance issue I have experienced has been resolved in the same day it was reported. All in all the best apartment complex I have lived in so far.

Excellent community. I have the utmost praise for the apartment and the leasing staff ( Joseph, Theresa, Apryl and Jean-Max). They go above and beyond for all services. I would recommend anyone looking for a great community to come to Avalon Laurel.

Rudy, who is one of the maintenance personnel at Avalon Laurel, is a wonderful person. he is always there in time of need, and was one of the main reasons that made living here a joy. His customer service skills are A plus and if anyone deserves a 5 star rating, its him.
He will be missed as we are moving out of state.
We also wanted to comment on Nicole at the rental office. WOW what an employee avalon has. She is the kind of employee any business would love to have. She was always there for us and she was the one who helped us to be able to move to our new home in North Carolina.
We will miss her dearly.

I just want to leave a review for the head of maintenance Joe. His service was very professional and he was extremely nice in my time of need. I made a huge mistake on my end and he was there to save the day very quickly I might add and very early in the morning. Keep this guy around. We need more people just like him around and the world will be better off. Thanks again Joe!

Pros:
nice staff, super fast maintenance, clean environment, dog park, close to restaurants & grocery stores
Cons:
you have to take out your own trash and literally walk or drive it over to this trash house thing; guest parking is annoying because they have to park far away; no elevators; gate is broken a lot of times

I was a guest at Avalon Laurel, which is a gated community that supposed to be safe. My new car was broken into while parked directly across from the rental office in a designated visitor space. My window was broken out and after I was told that someone elses car was vandalized the same night, I looked through the entire complex but the only broken glass I found was where my car was parked. There is obviously no security and if there is they are not patrolling at night. The cameras are not placed where they can monitor the whole complex and now just dont feel safe parking my car over there. The community office manager (Mike) was a great help to me during my time of distress and made sure that I was able to get my window replaced expeditiously. He was very professional and did everything he could to make this situation less stressful for me.

Ive only lived here for a couple of weeks and the management team has been absolutely amazing!!! I had a bed delivered and instead of bringing it to my door they left it at the front office. I emailed Nichole about possibly getting help bring it to the 4th floor. With a quick response of, Ill talk to the maintenance manager hell be happy to assist; Joe was at my front door delivering it!!!! They were a life saver, and I appreciate their quick and kind service.

I just want to start off by saying how much I love living at this community. If your looking for a luxury living then this is the place to come. Very clean, great amenities, and I love that its a gated community and the gates stay closed at all times, unlike other properties in the area. I also love that the staff keeps us informed via email at all times if the gates are broken and when they will be fixed (very very rare), and just in general with other information that us residents need to be informed about. The Avalon staff is amazing and its always a pleasure speaking with them while inside of the rental office to pick up packages. I enjoy speaking with them so much I often just drop in just to say hello. Aprile is such a joy to speak with and always have a smile on her face. Nicole has a bubbly personality that instantly makes you feel welcomed. Jean-Max is always ready to greet people as they walk through the doors and eager to help with any questions you may have. The several times that i have had encounters with Michael (the community manger), he always makes sure that my stay at the community is going well and have been very helpful if and whenever i need something. Overall I enjoy living here and have the pleasure of being the courtesy officer in this wonderful community.
