Avalon Baker Ranch is a beautiful oasis! It constantly feels like a vacation getaway when I come home here. Gorgeous surrounding area too. But one of the best things about this place, is the Community Manager and her entire staff are so friendly and helpful. Kind and sincere. I can not recommend this place enough! I would give it 100 stars if I could!

This is one of the most beautiful communities in the area. I toured over the weekend with my husband and we had a wonderful experience with Eva. The amenities are absolutely beautiful. I love love that they have a dog park and pet spa. We are moving from Irvine and we are super excited to hopefully call this place our new home soon!

I've been living at Avalon Baker Ranch for a year now. I have to say that it's been a very enjoyable and painless experience. It hasn't been without it's hurdles but every interaction I've had with on-site management & maintenance has been courteous, respectful, and pleasant. The 1-2 minor issues I've had were handled promptly and completely.
I was contacted by the leasing office at one point to address a minor issue with one of my neighbors. While these kinds of interactions are definitely not ideal, I was approached very respectfully and with understanding. I did appreciate the manner in which it was handled and it hasn't been an issue since.
I've just renewed my lease for a second year. I had missed the email about my renewal offer, but a Regional Renewal Specialist reached out to me to ask if I needed an info or assistance. John was very helpful with all the questions I had and answered them in a timely manner. It made the renewal simple and seamless.
Living in an apartment community can be a challenge sometimes, but I feel that all of these issues have been minimized with the professional manner which the staff at Avalon Baker Ranch conduct themselves. Hopefully, they continue to do so.
