This property is out of this world mainly for the management group. Eva has helped us from day one, from showing us the property getting us a good deal on rent and just over all taking care of us during and after move in. She is the sweetest soul.
Robert the maintenance supervisor is phenomenal as well he is kind and is so helpful even in the middle of the night. I used to work in property management and I know how stressful their jobs can be at times but they are a phenomenal group!

Hello, my name is Brent Coker, I recently applied for a 1 bedroom with my girlfriend and 2 dogs. Within 4-5 hours of finishing the application my leasing agent Mrs. Eva called me with the greatest news, that we had been approved. When we went in prior to the application we sat down with Eva and she made sure that we were comfortable through the process. We took a small tour and she told us about all of the wonderful amenities. My favorite being the pup spa and the fitness center. I wanted to give it 5 stars because every place around this complex doesnt even come close.
The staff that works there are amazing! Alli and Eva made me feel welcomed!

I have lived at the Fountains at Deerwood for 4 years now and would highly recommend this complex to any of my friends. The office and maintenance staff are professional and welcoming to all residences. Anytime I have had a maintenance issue, the staff has responded quickly with same day turn around for repair. The Fountains at Deerwood is also one of the very few apartment complexes in Jacksonville that does not have Breed Restrictions and allows me to have my German Shepherd dog. The staff loves all the animals and even has dog treats ready in the leasing office for those trips with your pet into the office. I have received nothing but great customer service from the staff and would recommend, anyone looking for an apartment complex within Jacksonville, to check out the Fountains at Deerwood.
