Rooms range from $700-900 depending on bathroom and closet size with 12 month lease. Security deposit to match monthly room price. Security deposit and first month’s rent due at signing. Three or Six month leases available with additional small fee.
**Tenants must have a credit score of 600 and rent is not to exceed 35% of income. NO SMOKING ON SITE. Open to pets under 40 lbs if ALL tenants are comfortable with a pet. Non-refundable pet fee of $400 **
