I lived in a spacious 2 bd 2 bath for 13 Months and I can't ask for better neighbors.... The 2 maintenance guys are awesome! The only downfall is the pool isn't open more than half the year!m and they need a real gym but other than that is very quiet and peaceful. I just signed another 13 month lease today! They made the process quick and easy and it's super affordable while being around all the great shopping areas that's walking distance!!!

Eldridge park, target, and home goods shopping center is a walking distance. Demetria was very nice and I just felt like Im home already. I cant wait!!!

I've been here for 2 months now and it's better than I originally thought. I was sceptical of this neighborhood because I came from a high end Katy apartment complex. I have to tell you, it's peaceful here. My townhome is cute and feels like home. Not too many issues with pests. Demetra is hard working and very courteous. Maintenance doesn't take too long to respond, he's nice and does a quick and thorough job. If I wasn't already considering moving to a different state I would consider extending my lease. Affordability and a piece of mind here at Savannah Place.
