**Pet Policy Overview:**
- **Pet Fees:** A non-refundable pet fee is required upon agreement. This fee doesn't cover cleaning expenses or damages caused by the pet. The fee structure is $400 for one pet and $600 for two pets.
- **Pet Allowance:** Residents can have a maximum of two animals per apartment, with a weight limit of 25 pounds for each pet when fully grown.
- **Restricted Animals:** Exotic or wild animals such as snakes, rabbits, ferrets, rodents, reptiles, and certain insects (scorpions, tarantulas, ants, black widows) are not permitted.
- **Pet Screening:** All applicants, whether they have pets or not, are required to complete the Pet Screening process during the application. Approval from the apartment office is necessary before moving in. Contact the office for detailed pet criteria and the pet agreement.
- **Pre-Move-In Requirement:** Prior to moving in, the Apartment Community Manager needs to see the animal(s) and a photo of the animal(s).
- **Service Animals:** For disability reasonable accommodations involving service animals, modifications to the policy may be considered. This requires completion of the "Pet Screening" through the third-party agency.
