Tenants are responsible for the watering of the landscaping per the City of Georgetown water restrictions, the rent, utilities and the pest control at the property. The refrigerator, washer and dryer are the personal property of the Owner. Repair or replacement of those appliances will be up to the Owner and are not guaranteed. The security deposit for this property is $2500 due at signing. The first month's rent will be due 2 weeks prior to move in.
