We bought the Fulton Street Apartments on Halloween last year, we should have known... There is a lot to do in getting a new building ready, and unfortunately, the building was just not been cared for as the Historic treasure that it is. It will take years to fully restore it and bring it up to "jewel" status. But like the Old West, or the Gold Rush, Pioneers are the ones who Prosper. The settlers that came later always paid full price with less opportunity. A couple years from now, these same spaces will be going for well more than $600 a month. Since we basically never raise rents on tenants who renew leases, it is a great time to lock in a great price for years to come. We are still rebuilding historic windows, painting, sanding floors, and mostly just trying to figure it all out. Do you want to figure it out with us?

Up to 2 Cats and other non-barkers (No dogs ever) are welcome with a 1 time $200 pet fee and $20 a month per pet
