Moderate drinking is permitted, but excessive drinking is not allowed. I want to share my home with other responsible people.
Roommate Expectations:
• Contribute to communal supplies such as trash bags, dish soap, and other shared household items.
• Contribute to lawn maintenance. If you prefer not to participate, you may opt out for an additional $35 per month.

Pets:
• No cats allowed.
• Dogs may be allowed if you accept full responsibility, but aggressive breeds such as pit bulls, German shepherds, and Doberman pinschers are not permitted. There is an $800 dog deposit ($500 refundable) and pet rent is $35 additional per month.

• All available bedrooms are on the second floor (no elevator).
• Three refrigerators are available for tenant use (more can be added if needed).

Move-in Costs:
