I have lived here at Grand Regency Apartments for 3-4 years now just a great complex quite and clean. Anytime I have had an issue it has been resolved quickly everyone who works here is visible and approachable. Any time I have needed to talk to the manager she is accessible. I am in the process of getting a roommate and the transition has been easy and painless. I have lived in a couple other complexes where you are a apartment number here you are treated like a person.

We have lived at the Grand Regency apartments for a little over a year now. We just renewed our lease because of how pleased our experience has been here. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Any issues or concerns that we brought up were addressed and resolved immediately.
The property is walked by management on a regular basis and the landscaping is maintained at top notch. Grand Regency also has large grass areas and plenty of space to walk your pets.
A little under a year ago they upgraded both their laundry rooms with new front load washer and dryers. It is very convenient because the new system accepts credit cards and debit cards right from the kiosk located in each laundry room. There is no need to carry any change or load money onto a prepaid card. Since there are two laundry rooms located on the opposite side of the property, the machines are usually always available for use.
Both their one and two bedrooms are very spacious and cozy. The one bedrooms get a large walk in closet. The two bedrooms do loose the walk in closet, however, instead, you get these giant sliding glass mirror doors. Honestly, it is still a very decent amount of space with the sliding doors.
One of the nice perks of living at the Grand Regency is having the Palomar Escondido Campus walking distance from your home. You also have the Escondido Westfield Mall, banks, credit unions, and all the major department stores nearby. Take my word for it, if you are looking into an apartment for the first time or just looking for a new place to check out, I highly recommend you start your search here at The Grand Regency.
