So I've lived here for a little over 7 months and I gotta tell you, this place is awesome. Amazing location, constant updates to the area and I'm always well informed when something is happening (i.e monthly activities, or small repairs/remodeling) I haven't had a single issue with my apartment. Small issue is that the laundry room has some down washing machines and dryers but I can't gig them on that cause I haven't said anything to maintenance myself. I'll always recommend this place to anyone who asks.

Overall, it isn't a horrible place to live. In my experience, my neighbors were quiet and I had no issues with the neighborhood. However, this last month prior to my lease renewal has been less than satisfactory. I went approximately 48 hours with a combination of the water sort of working( hot water portion of faucets would work, however no working toilet) and no water at all. It was due to a plumbing emergency and we were guaranteed that maintenance would not leave until the issue was resolved the second night. All of my attempts to contact the property manager were thwarted by the office staff, and she wouldn't return my phone calls. I eventually gave up. Now, I have received another notification today that due to another plumbing emergency, the hot water is shut off and "should be" back on by 9PM tonight. I have absolutely zero faith in their ability to deliver within that time frame, and called the front office to inquire about the situation. My inquiry, after having mentioned the previous incidence and requesting to speak to the property manager, was met with attitude from the representative on the phone. I was polite, so I'm not really sure where my desire for working plumbing would inconvenience them to the point where they would be more interested in providing me with attitude instead of plumbing that works properly. I still wasn't able to speak with the property manager. In any case, I had been in the air about renewing my lease - assuming that maybe this "plumbing emergency" and being ignored was a one time sort of deal. After my experience today, it was an easy choice. So, if you can handle potentially not being able to flush your toilet for a couple days, a cold shower, rude staff, and being ignored... while paying for it... this might not be a terrible place for you.

I want to start off by stating my qualifications. 1) My wife and I lived in the The Chase, for a year. 2) We only moved because my elderly parents needed us to live closer 3) We counted how many times I have moved in my life; with my father being in the space program, and me being in the military for 26 years - I have moved 57 times - usually to an apartment. The Chase, was with no reservation on my part, the nicest and most attentive apartment complex in which we have ever lived. The landscaping is maintained very nicely all year round. Rain, snow, ice, -doesn't matter - the grounds always look wonderful. Miles of walking trails around small lakes with fountains, squirrels, ducks, geese, giant coy fish - just beautiful, lush, scenery and for an hour or two you actually forget that you are in the middle of a city. The office staff is professional, proactive, and very friendly. We were never given "well I don't know" as an answer, but sometimes we were told, "let me find out about that and get back to you", which believe it or not, they did every single time. In the year I lived there, any time I needed maintenance, on anything - there was always a response within four hours, usually within 1 hour. The country club is a short walking distance away, has good food, and lots of entertainment. Work out gym is free and always staffed, and ALWAYS clean. If there was any possible way to stay, we would have. We did a good job cleaning up, and got our complete deposit returned, and got it weeks before we were told it would be sent to us. I recommend this complex to EVERYONE!
