It's not the greatest apartment but it s good for where it's located. The only promise they haven't kept (so far) when it came to repairs was to replace my kitchen cupboards and cabinets. A few pests but I keep my place clean and pet control came by so they migrate elsewhere.

The staff is nice and they are very professional BUT... I had a set date to move in and was not notified until the day before. It is ALWAYS hard to get someone on the phone even when I call right when they open at 9:00 a.m. Called to get an update on my apartment to confirm my move-in for this weekend and still can not get anybody on the phone! It's one thing to move in and have the issue but it's another thing to have to deal with it and have not moved in! MAKE SURE YOU ALWAYS VISIT THE PROPERTY when you are going through the move in process because otherwise it will be hard to get anything done!
It was nice speaking with the apartment manager and I look forward to seeing the apartment model on Monday

Its Sunday so Im freaking out cause my work uniform but Yall I seen Mr.James, the maintenance supervisor, and he wasted no time making sure I was able to get my clothes dried . He went straight to finding a solution and was very kind hearted. Really appreciate him. Thank you again !

This review is written for Rachel whos the new manager and whose time and effort went into fixing my account after lots of frustrating miscommunication issuesnot on their end but through a third partyand had the ability to do so with ease, BOTH times after Id called her.
I am so grateful for you taking time out of your day to help with something Id already thought was taken care of by myself, and was more than likely my issue to handle, and Im beyond impressed how you did so with ease and without breaking a sweat when I was the one who was clearly frustrated with the entire process.

I just moved in 3 week ago, and I love everything about my apartment. I love my sun room, and even though I have a back facing apartment there's still plenty of sunlight! Haven't seen a bug in sight yet at all. So far I love my new home!
