We do have a weight restriction of 100lbs total, so two pets must not exceed 100lbs combined.

Number Limit:

We allow a maximum of two (2) total pets per apartment.

Other:

Turtles, Non-poisonous frogs, Domestic hamsters, Hermit crabs, Gerbils, Small domesticated birds, and Domestic fish. There are no fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets.Snakes, spiders, ferrets and iguanas are NOT allowed due to liability reasons.
