Agree with the previous poster, DO NOT LIVE HERE! Trash gets left outside of the dumpsters and gets shredded up by raccoons, and the hallways reek of marijuana smoke. My son has asthma and it has become worse because of drug addicts that Romaine Court chooses to shelter. My neighbors and I have filed many complaints about the marijuana smoke but the management doesn't do anything, and the police can't do anything since they don't have a search warrant. I wonder how many times these drug addicts are allowed to violate the lease before finally being evicted?

I wish I could give this place more stars, but I can't. This is a warning, do not move in here. You cannot have packages delivered to your home. Before we learned our lesson not to have anything delivered, we had several packages stolen right from the building. An ironing board, shoes, my husbands medical supplies! If ordering something was necessary, we had to have it delivered to the FedEx store on Paxton. We were robbed twice (car burglary). My catalytic converter was sawed right off my car while it was parked in front. They refuse to put any security or cameras into the building. Another frustrating thing is how often the leasing manager changes. I believe there were 6 different managers during our 3.5 year stay. The day we looked at the apartment and signed the lease the manager told us the building would be getting recycling services. That was 2014. It's now 2017 and still no recycling. ALSO- BEWARE IF YOU DONT LIVE ON THE TOP FLOOR. You will hear every footstep of who lives above you. Very unsettling. We took over a woman's lease when we moved in and then stayed another 3 years (we would have moved, but could not get locked into another lease because we would be moving out of state). Still to this day, they never put our names on the account. We have not received our security deposit back. Just unprofessional and uncaring staff.
