I have lived in three different Avalon properties, and the Chino Hills management team has been the BEST by farespecially the maintenance guys (Antonio, Andrew and Luis). I havent had any major issues, but anytime something comes up, they are quick to respond and are very communicative. Aside from that, they are extremely friendly and take the time to get to know you as a resident vs just showing up to do their job. Kudos to the entire Avalon Chino Hills staff!
