While I didn't live in this particular building, I do want to praise the Group Fox management company behind it. I was a resident of theirs for the past three years. They are very attentive to their residents needs, very quick to assist with any issues and also very kind and easy to work with. I hear that is not always the case when renting so that experience alone made for a hassle free and pleasant three years!
I also lived very close to this location and am a fan of the area. There is a lot to do- many restaurants and night life. It's easy to get around without a car and an up and coming neighborhood!

I have been here for over 2 years. i love the location and the building. so much to do in the aerea. nightlife, shopping, Walgreens,Aldi, jewel and the bus stops are everywhere and the Red Line is nearby. Not to mention the lake which is only blocks away in which Ihave a wonderful view of. laundry and gym are dowstairs. and if I ever have a maintenance issue it is taken care of promptly. usually within 24 hours if not sooner. the staff is very proffessional. the building manager FZ and head of maintenance JG is always there to help and fix anything as well. i always tell people how much I enjoy living here. and plan on staying for many more years.the building itself is kept very clean and inviting. so. with that. i encourage you to check it out!
