Upstairs, natural light pours in from numerous windows, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. The living room is comfortably furnished with a plush couch and chair, a Frame TV, and a spacious desk ideal for remote work. The vaulted ceilings in the bedroom add to its open and relaxing feel. Here you will find a luxurious king-size bed, another Frame TV, a large dresser, and a generous walk-in closet with a washer/dryer and plenty of storage space. The master bathroom is a stylish retreat, complete with a designer wallpaper accent, a large vanity, and a beautifully tiled shower.
Parking is conveniently available in the driveway and there is also plenty of street parking available. The property is just a short stroll to Hampton Park and some of Charleston’s best restaurants and cafés, including Park & Grove, Herd Provisions, Rodney Scott’s BBQ, Harbinger, and Sightsee. Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus.
