Been living here a few months and so far it's been a good experience. Amenities are first class, large fitness center, nice pool and indoor basketball court. Very pet friendly, with dog park. Nothing to complain about from management, though there is new management now since I moved in. Apartments are in a great location, easy to get to things.

There is absolutely no accountability for anything from any of the tenants. Cars are being broken into at all times. Apartments are not maintained and even at move in weren't cleaned or ready for new tenants. It's disgusting what you get there for how much you pay!

When I moved out I had made plans to pay off my two months rent owed with my taxes. I had six months to pay. They sent me to collections after a month and no communication.
Their security system is a joke and the community rules a joke.
Never again.

But what good is that if you deal with noise day & night, constant police activity, trash/garbage everywhere, unattended kids, weed-smoke, and shotty security? Dont get caught up with the model-unit, nor the flowers out front & Keurig in the office. This is a ghetto.

I worked with Adrienne (Adrianne) and she was so kind, helpful, and seemed to genuinely care about finding a solution for my situation. I also spoke with Anna and her customer service was also outstanding! I appreciate that in both of them because being able to satisfy prospective tenants as well as the ones you already have goes a long way! Thanks Ladies!
