AVAILABILITY:
Monthly rentals are available between October 1, 2025 - April 30th, 2026 only. This rate does not apply to October 2026 - April 2027 rental.
This property is primarily a vacation rental, and availability is subject to change as vacation rental bookings are made. The listing is updated weekly to reflect current availability. Vacation rental homes only accept monthly bookings from September to May; summer and peak season dates are excluded from monthly rentals.
STAY REQUIREMENTS:
The advertised rate applies only for stays within the specified date range and is subject to a minimum stay requirement of 60 days. For stays under 60 days or during peak season, the nightly market rate will apply. Monthly leases that meet or exceed 91 days are tax-exempt.
FEES:
Please note that the published monthly rate does not include refundable security deposits, taxes, linens, travel/renters’ insurance, or any other applicable and optional fees. Homes that accept pets will require a nonrefundable $400 fee per pet.
RATES & PAYMENTS:
Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. In the event of a discrepancy or conflict between the monthly rate stated here and the rate on an online travel site or third-party booking agent, the greater rate will apply.
QUALIFICATIONS:
All applicants and occupants aged 18 or older must complete an application for the group to be processed. Lease holder(s) must qualify independently without a co-signer in order to be approved. No Students.

Parking: Assigned parking on site for 5 vehicles.
Pet Policy: Pets welcome with a $400/pet nonrefundable fee. Maximum of 2 pets.
Prohibited: Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts
Mail and package delivery to the property is prohibited. There is no access to the mailbox, if wanting to receive mail you will need to open a P.O. Box.
DESCRIPTION:
This stunning new construction home offers 4-bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a wonderful central location. The main living level welcomes you with a large open concept living space. Complete with a sizable living area, dining table, and kitchen, this great room is the heart of the home. The kitchen is furnished with stainless steel appliances, a large sink, an eat in island with seating for 5, and ample storage space for your groceries. The primary bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king-sized bed and features its own private bathroom with dual vanity, rainfall shower head, and walk in shower. There is also a half bathroom and laundry room on this level. Upstairs you will find a bonus living space as well as the three guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and offers a television. Another guest bedroom features a twin day bed that has a twin trundle neatly tucked below. There is a full bathroom complete with a combination tub and shower. At the opposite end of the lofted living space, there is another queen guest bedroom which also offers a television. Outside you will find an enclosed outdoor shower, and a private hot tub which is covered and available for use in all seasons. There is also a gas grill available along with a wood burning fire pit in the back yard.
