STAY REQUIREMENTS:
The advertised rate applies only for stays within the specified date range and is subject to a minimum stay requirement of 60 days. For stays under 60 days or during peak season, the nightly market rate will apply. Monthly leases that meet or exceed 91 days are tax-exempt.
FEES:
Please note that the published monthly rate does not include refundable security deposits, taxes, linens, travel/renters’ insurance, or any other applicable and optional fees. Homes that accept pets will require a nonrefundable $400 fee per pet.
RATES & PAYMENTS:
Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. In the event of a discrepancy or conflict between the monthly rate stated here and the rate on an online travel site or third-party booking agent, the greater rate will apply.
QUALIFICATIONS:
All applicants and occupants aged 18 or older must complete an application for the group to be processed. Lease holder(s) must qualify independently without a co-signer in order to be approved. No Students.
DESCRIPTION:
This single family, 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is located on the north end of Carolina Beach and has a shared boat slip (tenant to use right side), and amazing views of the sound. There is a brand new 16' x 16' gazebo with lights and furniture, along with 30 amp shore power. Note that the dock was extended to allow for 2 extra feet of water depth. The great room of this house features vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams and a charming open floor plan that floods the living space with natural light. The kitchen overlooks the living room and a dining area that leads out to a generous screened in porch with panoramic views of the canal. The spacious primary bedroom features a new mattress for the Queen-sized bed, beautiful stained-glass accents and a Jacuzzi tub that overlooks the water. Guests of this room will appreciate the on suite bathroom, TV, and direct access to the screened porch. Two additional Queen guest bedrooms with private bathrooms are sure to please. The partially fenced in backyard gives a great space for outdoor entertainment. There is a large area underneath the home and an enclosed outdoor shower. A public boat ramp is conveniently located just around the corner and there is ample parking for your boat trailer on the side of the house.

Mail and package delivery to the property is prohibited. There is no access to the mailbox, if wanting to receive mail you will need to open a P.O. Box.
