Im really glad I chose this property! The convenience to the freeway, downtown Brea, the mall and so many other restaurants and stores has been worth every penny. I love the rooftop pool, beautiful community center and Brea tracks right outside the property. The maintenance team, especially Ernie has been great! Ive been here for a year and they had to work out some kinks as it was a brand new property and through every request Ernie was kind, super responsive and on top of it. I also love that we have access to both building A and building B amenities and gyms. You dont need a gym pass and thats been so great!

I have been living at Avalon Brea Place for about a year now and I absolutely love it here!! I moved from out of state to California for school and it is such a nice convenient area to live in! The leasing office and maintenance staff are so friendly and always there to help you. The amenities are incredible and the apartments itself is a safe/comfortable environment! I highly recommend checking Avalon out if you're looking for a place to live!

Ive been with the Avalon for a little over a month and I genuinely am so glad I chose this place.
From the move-in process to actually living there, all has been great.
I especially am loving the amenities, which are well kept and clean. The building is well taken care of and safe which was a huge importance to me when selecting the right apartment.
The apartment itself is small, and has a different layout but works great and has everything I need. Its upgraded and clean, with a great detail in its construction.
Overall, 5 stars for Avalon. I highly recommend !

The property management team are great to work with. (Especially Connie - she's great!) The property itself is immaculate. Important factor to consider, your neighbors. The people who live here really seem to be nice, easy-going and friendly. I've already became friends with a few people. The clubhouse and amenities are over the top / awesome. Highly recommend.
