The building offers a secure entrance with FOB access to all floors, basement bike storage, storage cages, a lobby with mailboxes, and an elevator. A $30 per month fee per occupant covers water, sewer, garbage, and recycling, while tenants are responsible for electricity, internet, phone, and Wi-Fi. No pets are allowed. Parking is available on a limited basis in the attached parking garage for $70-$82 per month.
