Terms
1. Term: 12 Months Preferred (3 Months Available, 10 Months Available)
2. Pets: Cats and Dogs allowed (some restrictions apply), with $250.00 non-refundable pet fee and $50.00 per month pet rent.
3. Refundable Security Deposit based on credit.
4. $250.00 non-refundable cleaning fee.
5. Holding Fee: $300.00 to be applied towards first month of rent.
6. Parking - One parking space available, included in rent.
7. Application Fee: $55.00 paid to third-party. 3x rent required for income, cosigners accepted.
8. Utilities cost for Water/Sewer/Trash/Common Area Electricity & Gas (if any) based on the number of occupants:
