The complex is always letting us know whats going on and offers lots of activities.
One thing I would love to change is the frequent managerial changes. Theyve all been great, but it would be nice to grow into longer and stronger manager/tenant relationships.
Good location, safe and quiet neighborhood, friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend folks working on the east side.

I didn't like thers mangers. but when I walked in here I knew this place was going to be the my forever home the manger here is so awesome she is a really easy person to talk to and she is always keeping us updated on whats going on and she on top of taking of the aptments and us I tell everyone about this place and how great it is here

Tiny apartments and greedy corporate rent hikes. However the current manager and maintenance is amazing. I've been here for years and this latest manager, Shelby, is the best we've ever had. Shelby finally fixed the badminton court, and she started a community garden that is coming along nicely after residents asked for it. She's always there for me when I have concerns or need to pick up packages from the front office. All the earlier managers would spend long hours outside of the main office which would make it very difficult to discuss rental issues or pick up mail. The apartments have never felt so much as a community as they do now. It will be sad if Shelby ever leaves, since she's the main ingredient for this. I've dealt with various apartment issues over the years, but knowing she's here and has my back is the main reason I decide to stay. The rent gets jacked up every year by the corporate office, and it's not worth what they're charging, but the community that Shelby and Victor the maintenance lead have built make it worth it. If she goes, I don't plan on renewing my lease. I know there's a thousand things that Shelby and Victor do to make this place feel like home, and I'm grateful for all their excellent service. Lived there for 10 month lease. No dishwasher. They will charge you a cleaning fee of $55 (not including carpets ($95) or wall re-paint ($30)) even if they only need to wipe down one window or counter you missed. Make em work for it. Rent increase was 7.6% after 10 months.
