I just moved here to Baltimore for Grad School at Johns Hopkins University. I was apartment searching for about 2months before arriving. I was originally interested in 414 light street but the leasing staff there just didn't really seem welcoming. I felt more like they were just trying to fill a space. At any rate I came across Avalon 555 and instantly fell in love with the harbor view and floor to ceiling windows. Mr. JeLani one of the leasing staff here was exceptional. I didn't feel rushed or pressured into leasing an apartment here. I told him exactly what I was looking for and my budget and he toured me around a few different options to see if anything fit my expectations. This was all via zoom because I lived too far out of state at the time for an in person tour but I definitely liked what I saw. After narrowing down a few options I finally decided that Avalon was my place. I've been here about a month now and I have no complaints. Concierge are very polite and helpful. Maintenance are quick to respond to service request and it's safe and really beautiful here. I really like it a lot and for my first apartment I couldn't be more happy. I would definitely recommend giving this place a look if you're interested in moving to Baltimore. -Linzi

Ok, where to begin with the incredible service? I am so excited to have snagged an apartment at the Avalon on my moving journey from California to Baltimore. Maria made the process easy, seamless, and (dare I say) FUN! I met with her on a time crunch in Baltimore and had to finish everything while back on the west coast, but she made it seem incredibly easy from start to finish...plus, I didn't have to settle because of some tips and tricks she gave me on securing my ideal apartment. If you want help from anyone, go for MARIA! She will work with you and make it all so easy..no matter where you're coming from. Excited to move in soon! :)

Professionalism from the front desk to Tamara Croft desk. She was very informative and new her product. She made the building feel warm and welcoming to a possible tenant! The apartments are wonderful the only issue is the lease time and cost... i will make my decision by Friday !
